How is LOVEWELL different from other staff assessments?

Many times as leaders we struggle to find out what our team truly thinks of our leadership. For the health of a team to improve, we have to get an honest assessment from our team.

This is where LOVEWELL comes in. Our desire is for you to utilize real-time, honest data to form a custom plan to improve the health of your team and ultimately improve the health of your church.
Most assessments evaluate an entire year and ask staff to recount it.  Ministry is changing every day and we wanted our app assessment to reflect that. You will receive weekly data for a work quarter which will allow you to see the rhythms of the employee and the organization.

Is there a trial version?

Can I customize the questions on the app?

Our team has utilized church data and research to arrive at the most effective questions to understand the health of your team. We are always open to feedback, but we currently don’t customize the questions on the app.

Is LOVEWELL truly anonymous?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. All data (including feedback and confessions) are completely anonymous to you and to us. In fact, one of the first things we do is sign a non-disclosure agreement! We are obsessively dedicated to privacy and confidentiality.

What if an employee needs professional help?

Accepted Answer

If an employee decides they need professional help (an option given on the app), our team can provide personal care and get them connected to quality resources. Our team will never share that information with anyone. This remains strictly confidential.

Do we have to share the data with the whole team?

Accepted Answer

To put it bluntly, yes. LOVEWELL is designed to encourage leadership transparency and build team trust. Part of building trust is removing the “us-them” barrier by making data available to the entire team. This requires humility and openness in leadership, but we promise there are far more up-sides than down-sides.

Is LOVEWELL only for church teams?

We do not offer this to teams outside of local church leadership teams. Our team is exclusively dedicated to church staff, and our desire is to see the local church grow in health and impact.

What do I get with the Action Care Plan?

Accepted Answer

Every team is different, so the path to health looks different for each team. The Action Care Plan is a document that you receive with our observations on your teams’ greatest strengths and weaknesses. The plan will highlight the good that you need to continue as well as suggestions on how to improve on the least healthy parts of your team. This plan is coupled with a Zoom meeting with your team to help land on the best solutions.
